Nikita Makin

In the orchestra since 2024

He studied at the Secondary Special Music School of the St Petersburg Rimsky-Korsakov State Conservatory. In 2015, he entered the St Petersburg Conservatory. He took part in the IV International Serge Koussevitzky Double Bass Competition and the I Golden Bass International Double-Bass Competition.

He worked in the orchestra of the Mikhailovsky Theatre and in the Honoured Collective of Russia, the Academic Symphony Orchestra of the St Petersburg Philharmonic.

He performs solo and in ensembles in the concert halls of St Petersburg.
