Victor Pogudin

In the choir since 2021

Born in the city of Kirov, in 2017 he entered the Faculty of Opera Singing at the St. Petersburg State Conservatory (Vladimir Feliauer’s class). In December 2021 he joined the musicAeterna choir.

He began studying music in an experimental class of advanced learning of theoretical and practical disciplines at the music school of the Kazenin’s College of Arts in Kirov. In 2013, he entered the Conducting and Choral Department of the Perm Music College, class of associate Professor Dmitry Batin.

In 2014–2017 he combined his studies with working as an assistant director of the Perm Opera and Ballet Theatre. He has worked with such directors as Peter Sellars, Valentina Carrasco, Katerina Evangelatos, Sigrid T’Hooft, and Robert Wilson.

He is engaged in active concert activities at various venues in Perm and Saint Petersburg.
