The first Anton Rubinstein Workshop is intended for musicians who pursue a profession in composition and piano performance. The workshop will be launched online on 16 September 2024, and will continue in person in St Petersburg from 21 to 25 September.
The project is supported by the Anton Rubinstein Heritage Preservation Centre. It will feature two chamber concerts with works by Anton Rubinstein, a performance of his Piano Concerto №4 in Moscow and St Petersburg conducted by Teodor Currentzis, as well as two Anton Rubinstein Workshops for young musicians seeking to develop simultaneously in several creative paths.
