Today, we present the final part of Gustav Mahler’s Symphony No.3 performed by the musicAeterna orchestra and conducted by Teodor Currentzis. One of the warmest and most touching pieces by the Austrian composer is dedicated to love — love that empowers us and helps us overcome any pain.
What does love mean to you? To us, it is mercy and compassion. Today is the right time to remember this emotion.
We offer you to join the #GivingTuesdayNow movement, which is a worldwide charity initiative. It usually takes place in late November but due to the pandemic, it has been shifted to May this time.
Let’s all unite and send our help to those who are right now in particular need of our support — and our love embodied by Gustav Mahler’s genius.
All funds raised through the platform within 24 hours since the recording’s publication will be spent on charity. The money will go to support the Movement against COVID-19 which unites five non-commercial organizations: the Cancer Awareness foundation, the Advita foundation, the Pravmir foundation, the “Happiness Shop” and the Adult Assistance foundation.
