A young artist from the Repin Academy completes work on a diploma historical painting “Alarm”, preserving the traditions of the old masters. The main character, Ivan, does not notice the camera and conducts an open internal monologue. The story is about a teacher and a student, about dedication and work, which, as a rule, is hidden from the eyes of the viewer.
The film was created by a team of NOIR Films video artists in 2018-2020.
